Visa Fees

Single Entry Visa fee and Service Fee 390 TRY per applicant

Multiple Entry Visa fee and Service Fee 500 TRY per applicant

Documents Required

1. Visa Application Form : Filled carefully by the applicant without leaving blank, must bepersonally signed.
2. Passport And The Copy Of The Passport Should be valid at least 6 months from intending return date,
3. Photograph : 2 biometric photos (3,5x4,5 cm) taken with white background,
4. Certıfıcate Of Residence : ( Address Proof) Only from Reeve, E-Devlet platform or Civil Registry Office
5. Certificate Of Identity Register Copy: Only from E-Devlet platform or Civil Registry Office, this document must show all family members ( nüfus ve aile)
6. Copy Of National Id Card
7. Flıght Reservatıon: Booking of flight tickets Return
8. Hotel Booking : Written by the applicant, explains the travel reason.
9. Invıtatıon Letter : Signed and stamped letter-head invitation from the company in Egypt stating all the details about the company (address, contact details, intended period of stay, etc.)
10. Documents of The Company In Turkey Chamber of Commerce Registration, Copy of the Bulletin of the Trade Register, Official registration of Signatures of the company and The Tax Chart

NOTICES

1. Submitting all required documents is not meaning of visa guarantee.
2. The documents you have submitted will not be given back to you in any condition. Consulate General of Egypt or Embassy of Egypt may request any additional document which is thought required the copy of the document or original document or the same as submitted.
3. Fees paid during submission are non‐refundable in case of the application is canceled or refused.

Photo Specifications

General

1. Use white background.
2. The photo must be no more than 6-months old.
3. Not tilted picture (portrait style) showing both edges of face clearly.
4. Forehead and face must be clear, end of eyebrows must be shown from hair or hijab
5. Close up of the head and top of the shoulders so that the face takes up 70–80% of the photograph.
6. Photo in sharp focus and clear.
7. Photo with glasses are not acceptable
